Your saved stories and checklist

When you press Save or tick a checklist item, the website stores that choice in your browser’s local storage. It stays on this device and is not sent to us. Use the save buttons or Reset checklist to remove choices, or clear this site’s data in your browser. If storage is unavailable, the controls still work for the current visit.

Your day planner

The calendar reminder is created in your browser. We do not receive or save your chosen date or outing. Downloading a file does not book anything or add it to your calendar automatically. If you import it into a calendar service, that service handles the event under its own terms.

The optional map

The map only loads after you choose Open the adventure map or a map-place button. It uses Leaflet from unpkg and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those services receive the requests needed to display their content, including your IP address and usual browser information. We don’t request your device’s location.

Links to photos and planning information

Our Instagram albums and official planning sources open on their own websites. Their privacy terms apply when you visit. We haven’t embedded Instagram trackers in the journal.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes ordinary request information to serve and protect the website. This journal has no advertising trackers, visitor analytics or email signup at present.
